Frank works as a truck driver for OnTime taking cars around the UK and Europe. The job involves a lot of promotional work in Europe for Honda and Ford.  He started Banger racing in 1975 with PRI (no: 637) later becoming (no: 141).  He had been a member of the Sharks and then the Aces Banger Teams.  Frank raced mostly at Coombe Valley and Lydden but did occasionally turn out at Crayford and Iwade. He packed up in 1980 after making the world final at Arena Essex.

Frank then started racing Super Rods in 1992 with KAR (no: 14), racing Fiat twin cams.  Having had a long pit stop in 1997, he rejoined the race with RDC in 2001 with the Sierra's. In 2005 Frank also started racing Pick-Up Trucks at Arena Essex in the Rolling Thunder Show. He has since sold the Pick-Up and started racing on the grass track at Ivychurch.
